"Kroma.ai is decent overall, but getting..."
Kroma.ai is decent overall, but getting it to play nicely with the tools we already use was not exactly a magical experience. Some integrations worked without much fuss, which was refreshing, and others apparently wanted a personal invitation and extra setup. It’s not bad by any means, just less smooth than I was hoping for.

"Pretty decent, but could be better"
I tried it out for a bit, and overall it felt okay to me. The AI text was understandable and usable, but it didn’t always feel as natural or polished as I was hoping. It’s not bad, but from my experience, there’s still some room for improvement.

"I couldn’t tweak much at all..."
I couldn’t tweak much at all. The customization options felt limited, and if you need something flexible or more hands-on, this probably isn’t worth your time

"They did eventually get back to me, but..."
They did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. The help itself was average, nothing terrible but nothing great either. What annoyed me more was how it felt like there were little policy loopholes they could point to instead of actually solving the issue. Overall, not the worst support experience, but definitely not one I’d brag about.
"Pricing just doesn’t feel fair"
I gave kroma.ai a try, but the pricing turned me off quickly. It feels a bit too expensive for what you actually get, especially if you’re a smaller user who isn’t using it at a huge scale. I get that companies need to make money, but it would be nice to see plans that feel a little more reasonable and fair for regular people too. As it stands, I couldn’t really justify keeping it.

"Helpful, but a bit clunky 😅"
It definitely helps speed up some tasks, which is nice, but the overall experience still feels a little clunky at times.

"Works fine most of the time, but kinda hit or miss"
Kroma.ai has been okay for me overall tbh. Some days it loads quickly and everything works like it should, but other times it gets slow or a page just freezes. I had to refresh a few times while working on a deck, which was a bit annoying lol. It’s not bad, but I wouldn’t say it feels super reliable yet

"I tried using it for some slides, but..."
I tried using it for some slides, but the designs felt cookie-cutter and kind of dull. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not really my style. I also had to sit around waiting in a queue before I could even get started, which made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be

"Wish I hadn’t paid for it"
I gave it a shot for a month, but I kind of regret spending the money. The templates were basic and didn’t feel much better than stuff I could find elsewhere for free or way cheaper. For the monthly price, I was expecting a lot more. I ended up cancelling before the next bill hit.

"Onboarding felt confusing and took too long"
I signed up hoping to get started quickly, but the onboarding felt all over the place. There were too many steps, and I kept wondering what I was supposed to do next. The videos didn’t really clear things up for me either.
I reached out to support and had to wait a bit, only to get a basic response that didn’t actually solve my problem. Maybe the product is better once everything is set up, but I gave up before getting that far. Did anyone else run into the same issue?

"Good tools, but am I the only one who found editing a bit clunky?"
Overall, the tools are good and do what they need to do. But am I the only one who felt like the editing part was a little clunky? It wasn’t terrible, just not as smooth as I expected.
"Pretty easy once I got into it"
It was easy to use overall, but the menus did confused me a little at first. After I mess around with it for a bit, I got more used to where things are.
"I’ve been using Kroma for pitch decks..."
I’ve been using Kroma for pitch decks, and the biggest thing for me is how much time it cuts out. Before, I’d spend way too long messing with layouts, fixing slides, and trying to make everything look decent from scratch. Now I can get a solid first draft quickly and just clean it up from there. It’s not like it magically nails everything every single time, but reading between the lines, it’s doing the part that usually slows me down the most. Definitely been a big time saver

"I was trying to get things done..."
I was trying to get things done quickly, but the brand colors kept shifting around and it made everything feel a bit messy. I just couldn’t keep our overall look consistent, which was frustrating when I was already feeling rushed.

"Am I the only one who had a hard time canceling?"
Am I the only one who thought canceling would be simple? I canceled my account, but I still ended up getting charged afterward. It was really frustrating having to deal with that when I thought everything was already taken care of.

"I expected it to load a lot faster"
I tried using it, but the loading took so long that I eventually just gave up. I was expecting a much faster response.

"Refund came through, but it took some patience"
I did eventually get my refund, but I had to follow up a couple of times to make it happen. It wasn’t the worst experience, just a reminder that sometimes you have to stay on top of things even when the outcome is fair in the end.

"Blurry exports, not impressed"
I exported my slides my first reaction was that they looked awful. Everything came out blurry, and it made the whole thing feel unusable right away.

"I tried using it to make some slides..."
I tried using it to make some slides, but the setup was just too confusing. There were so many steps that I kept getting stuck, and after about an hour I gave up. If it were easier to set up, I probably would’ve kept using it.

"Didn’t feel very professional"
I tried kroma.ai for a presentation, it didn’t really feel as polished as I expected. The whole experience was a bit confusing too, especially when it came to figuring out who actually owned or was responsible for the final design choices.
Some of the slides felt kind of random, the spacing was off in places, and the overall style looked messier than I’d hoped. I ended up spending a lot of time fixing things myself, which kind of defeats the purpose.
For the price, I was expecting something that felt more professional and clearly managed. Instead, it felt like I was left guessing who was in charge of the output, and I wasn’t really happy with the result.
